Jane Bates owns the salon and works as its brow specialist. She has worked professionally in the beauty industry since 2009, and the salon describes her as formerly one of Rhode Island's premier brow specialists. Her work history includes time as a brow artist at Benefit Brow Bar in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and cosmetics sales for Lancome, Sephora and Ulta Beauty.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings, reschedules and cancellations go through the Vagaro platform, which also has a waitlist for earlier openings. Hair color and corrective services require a free consultation first. Off-menu work, including foil highlights, lowlights, extension work and custom colored extensions or wigs, is booked by consultation only.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card kept on file and a 50% deposit, which is refunded automatically when a cancellation is made more than 48 hours ahead. Clients get a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that the appointment is cancelled and the card on file is charged the full service total. No-shows are charged in full and removed from the client list. A $25 fee applies to early-morning bookings cancelled the same morning or missed, and same-day cancellations must be made by text with full name, appointment date and time.

To prepare, clients should arrive with clean skin, hair and lashes, without moisturizer, makeup or other products. Because space is limited, guests are not able to join, and children and pets are not allowed in the salon suite, though service dogs are welcome. The salon serves adults only, and clients under the influence cannot be serviced. Clients sign consent forms and should report any new skincare products or medications. Henna brow staining is not offered, and clients who have had henna elsewhere must wait 16 weeks before brow tinting.

Opening hours are Monday and Friday from 1pm to 5pm, Saturday from 8am to 2pm, and Sunday from 8am to 12pm. Customers can pay with cash, though only the exact amount, or with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards, or through Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo. Products can't be returned or swapped, with one exception: damaged or faulty items can be exchanged if the exchange happens within 30 days of purchase. The business carries liability insurance, and people can reach it by email or text.

Accessibility: the building has ADA compliant restrooms and public restrooms in the back right corner. The salon accommodates clients who use a wheelchair or other mobility aid, can adjust lighting, TV and music for clients with sensory needs, serves transgender clients, and works with all hair textures, including curly brows. Deaf clients or clients who do not speak English may bring an English-speaking companion to translate.

Education and guidance are treated as a large part of brow rehab, so clients understand each step and do not feel lost.
