Brows by Bridgette is a one-person brow studio at 710 Franklin Ave in Franklin Square, New York. Bridgette M owns the business and does the brow work herself. Services are booked by appointment, with the studio open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The Signature Brow Sculpt + Thread is a 30-minute personalized brow mapping and precision threading appointment for $40. A $20 deposit is required, and existing ombre clients get $15 off. The Henna Stain + Threading is a 60-minute service for $85 that combines brow exfoliation, mapping, threading, brow gel and a highlight underneath the brow. It requires a $40 deposit, and the henna stain typically lasts one to two weeks depending on skin type and aftercare.

For longer-lasting color, the studio offers Ombre Brows/Microshading, a permanent service that creates a soft, shaded ombre effect. It is priced at $500 and takes about 150 minutes, with a $100 deposit. The visit includes a full consultation, shape mapping and aftercare. Clients are usually asked to return for a touch-up six to eight weeks after the service. Anyone who has had brow work done elsewhere needs approval before booking microshading.

Booking policies matter here. Clients are encouraged to book about two weeks before an important event. A $15 late fee applies if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late without notice, and the appointment may be cancelled. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit, and no-shows are not able to book again and also forfeit their deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
