Brow services range from a five-minute trim to a one-hour brow lamination with tint and cleanup included. Brow tints are made from vegetable-based dyes formulated for brows and lashes rather than scalp hair color, and each tint color is mixed for the individual client. Tints generally last three to four weeks and fade gradually.
The studio's brow lamination softens and stretches the brow hairs into a neater, lifted position, shaped to the result the client wants. Lash lifts curl natural lashes and set them for six to eight weeks, using a formaldehyde-free, keratin-based formula. Waxing uses a lavender cream-based wax that the business describes as gentle on sensitive skin.
Brow and lash services are offered to clients of all genders. For men, brows are usually shaped fuller and less groomed, with each shape customized. The studio also visits workplaces for on-site office appointments and corporate pop-up days, including wellness days and employee events, and it offers private at-home or off-site visits on request. Pets are welcome in the studio.
The business also sets aside complimentary brow styling in dedicated schedule spots for post-chemo patients, women in transition and young people in need.
Clients are asked to avoid tweezing before an appointment when possible, so that the hairs are on the same growth cycle. Brow growth runs about 28 days, and the studio suggests returning for waxing or tweezing every three to four weeks. Clients should avoid topical creams for at least five days before a waxing visit. Anyone using prescription retinol or tretinoin should mention their skincare routine, since those can make skin too delicate for wax, and tweezing is offered as an alternative. Brow services take 15 to 20 minutes, so arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a same-day rebook if the stylist is free. No-shows and missed appointments without notice are charged the full cost of the service.
