Booking a powder brow requires a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment, and a no-show is charged in full to the card on file. Personalized consultations are available.

The salon also teaches. Its two-day hands-on powder brow class is offered one-on-one for $1650 or in a mini class for $1450, and includes all the instruments needed. Students keep their instrument and supplies and receive a certificate of completion. A two-day eyebrow threading class is offered one-on-one for $650 or in a mini class for $500, and includes threading supplies and shaping tools, with a certificate of completion. Courses and workshops are available for students from beginner to advanced levels, and the salon's head artist leads them.
