Brows and Lashes by Jenna is run by owner Jenna Martelle. The studio's stated aim is to give each client a calm, unhurried visit, and the space is described as quiet, relaxed and understated in its finishing.

Services are tailored to each client's features, daily routine and comfort. Brow appointments can aim for fuller, softer brows or a cleaner, more defined shape. Natural lash services give a darker, lifted look without extensions, while lash extensions and lash fills are adjusted to how each client's natural lashes retain and grow. New lash clients are asked to book a fill appointment first so the studio can assess their current set. A complimentary lash consultation is also offered, and the studio confirms it by phone or video chat after booking.

Full-set lash extension clients receive a complimentary aftercare kit. Add-ons, priced from $15, can be added to any main service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Appointments are by booking page, with payment by card and other methods listed there. Clients are asked to come alone, without guests, children or pets. Clients with accessibility needs or who need someone to accompany them should contact the studio ahead of time. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service and no-shows 100%. Arrivals 15 or more minutes late may need to be rebooked. Concerns about a service should be raised within 48 hours. Business hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
