This primary care practice takes an integrated approach with a preventive emphasis, aiming to identify what is driving symptoms and considering physical, mental and spiritual health together. Initial appointments involve a review of medical, surgical, social and family background, reconciling current medications, ordering labs and screenings, updating immunizations, a physical examination and guidance on daily habits. Once lab findings are in, the provider drafts a plan tailored to each patient. Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurers are accepted; insured patients pay their copay during the visit and the clinic handles billing for the remainder. For those without coverage or with a high-deductible plan, pay-per-service visits are offered with fees posted in advance and settled at the time of care. New patients are being taken on for primary care and functional medicine. Functional medicine appointments and immigration physicals fall outside insurance billing, and the immigration exams are conducted by a certified civil surgeon.

The medical spa is a separate service area in the same building and works by appointment only. Every new aesthetics visit starts with a consultation, which for the initial visit includes a skin analysis on the med spa's analysis machine. Treatments range from medical-grade peels, dermaplaning, hydrofacials and micro-needling with platelet-rich plasma, exosomes or PEP Factor, to CO2 laser resurfacing, IPL photo facials, laser hair removal on a Lasermach diode laser, and Celluma LED light therapy. Injectable options include neurotoxins for lines such as crow's feet and frown lines, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, hyaluronidase for dissolving filler, and fat-dissolving injections for areas such as the chin, abdomen and love handles.

Beyond aesthetics, the clinic offers medically supervised weight loss plans that can include dietary guidance, activity recommendations, lifestyle changes and prescription medication. Participants are asked to have labs within six months before the first appointment, and discounted labs are available on site. Hormone therapy uses the Biote Method, with thyroid optimization, testosterone injections and hormone pellets for men and women, and begins with blood work. Physical therapy includes Microcurrent Point Stimulation therapy and peptide therapy is offered through Brownsburg Wellness Services after a consultation.

Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, with a daily lunch closure from 1:00 to 1:30 pm. The clinic is closed on weekends. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online appointments page. Med spa visits carry a $50 charge for a no-call no-show, a same-day cancellation or arriving 15 minutes late, and deposits are not refunded to no-call no-shows. Primary care has a $50 charge for a no-call no-show or late arrival without 24 hours notice, and a missed lab appointment without 24 hours notice carries a $25 charge. Financing options include Cherry, CareCredit and PatientFi, and gift cards and eGift cards can be used toward clinical or med spa services that require cash payment.

Care is integrated and preventive, aiming to find the root cause of symptoms and looking at body, mind and spirit together. After lab review, the provider builds a custom plan for each patient.
