The salon focuses on professional hair removal by wax or sugar, with the method chosen by the client. Its emphasis is intimate and full-body hair removal, and its service menu and membership options have grown since it opened.

Each service lists its own length, from a 10-minute underarm, bikini line or lip and chin visit to a 45-minute full leg appointment. Brazilian services cover the entire intimate area from front to back and can include extractions and an aftercare serum. Some services require a non-refundable $25 deposit at booking, with the remaining balance paid after the appointment. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, after which they must be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and no-call/no-shows are charged a 50% fee.

The salon is open Monday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Tuesday through Thursday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery. All sales, including gift cards, are final.
