The permanent makeup menu covers microblading-style brows, ombre powder brows, lip blush and brow color correction for faded or unwanted-tone permanent brows. Initial sessions take about three hours and include consultation and color matching, with touch-ups priced by timing. Touch-up pricing applies to clients whose original work was done at the studio.

Brow services include classic tinting, a tint with waxing and shaping, a hybrid tint that uses two complementary pigments, and brow lamination. The studio says its brow lamination and lash lift combo is its most-booked treatment at the Redwood City location; clients should arrive with at least four weeks of brow regrowth. Lash services include tinting, a classic lash lift, a Korean lash lift with a take-home nourishment, and removal with a cleansing lash bath.

Facials range from a short LED session and dermaplaning with LED to HydraFacial options, a Korean oxygen glow facial, needle-free nano infusion facials and a longer glow facial that combines several steps. Waxing uses a soft wax formulated for sensitive skin and tweezers for refining.

Consultations are free and take place in person at the studio unless a client asks otherwise. Clients can pay online in advance or at the end of the appointment, with cash preferred. Card payments require a card on file, which is not charged until the service ends. Reminder emails go out 24 to 72 hours before a visit. Clients have a 9-minute grace period; arriving 10 or more minutes late counts as a cancellation and incurs a no-show fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 30 percent of the service to the card on file. The studio opens at 9:00 am and also sells gift cards online.
