Browlash was created by Ana Botero, who also founded the studio's eyebrow product line. Before starting the brand she worked at Benefit Cosmetics from 2008, where she gained experience with eyebrows. The studio grew out of her dissatisfaction with the brow makeup products available at the time.

Brow work is the core of the studio. Semi-permanent 3D eyebrows are a micropigmentation service in which pigment is implanted with a needle, priced at $700. Powder brows are a semi-permanent shaded filling service. For lips, Aquarelle Lips adds a soft wash of color, which the studio describes as the newest technique for lip color.
Lash services include a lift with a dark tint, a semi-permanent curl treatment priced at $80 whose results last about 6 to 8 weeks, and individually applied Russian volume synthetic extensions priced from $125 to $250. Extensions are best refilled every 2 to 3 weeks and should be removed at the salon with a special remover, not at home.
The studio also offers chemical-free threading for the eyebrows, upper lip, chin, forehead, sides and full face, priced from $35 to $50, along with eyebrow or eyelash tinting using a temporary dye priced from $25 to $45 and lasting 3 to 4 weeks. The studio's brow products were built around the founder's own experience with brow makeup, and the line is paraben free, allergy tested and clinically tested.
