BROWD

BROWD is a brow studio at 101 N 1st Avenue in Phoenix, set within the Rio Salon Suites. The studio moved into its current suite there, and it is run by BROWD, LLC. Holly Dennie is the founder and the studio's artist.

The studio's home page credits Holly Dennie with the view that brows are a form of art, and that idea frames how the studio presents its work.

Booking carries a few set terms. A 50% booking fee holds an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged the full booking fee. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and arrivals after that may not be accommodated, with the cancellation fee possibly applying. Reschedules or cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead can be handled through the links in the confirmation text or email. Clients who have accumulated two or more no-show fees may be asked to pay in full before booking again.

The waitlist costs nothing to join and requires no card. If a spot opens and a client moves off the waitlist, a 50% deposit is collected. Giving a phone number at booking means agreeing to receive appointment texts, and standard messaging rates may apply.

Parking is limited to metered street spaces nearby or visitor spots in the 101 North parking garage, which starts on the 3rd floor. The garage entrance is on Adams St. between Central and 1st Avenue.
