The studio describes itself as a luxury lash and brow studio that uses European techniques, with a stated goal of clean, elegant and long-lasting results. It works under the YULI LASH brand, which was created by founder Yuliya Dedova, who also leads product development and professional education for the brand.

Lash work follows a European technique built on precise isolation and customized lash mapping. Brow and lash styles range from natural and soft to bold, wispy and shaped, and the styling is chosen to suit each client's face.

A visit takes place in a studio with a soft, relaxing feel. Clients rest on soft beds with gentle eyepatches. Model appointments can take up to 4 hours, and other lash services up to 3 hours. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for parking and to find the studio, avoid contact lenses and eye makeup before lash appointments, and skip coffee beforehand. Children are not permitted in the studio, and phone calls are not taken during procedures.

Bookings are made through the studio's online system. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead receive a full deposit refund or transfer, subject to availability; later changes forfeit the deposit and a new one is needed to rebook. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and a $50 late fee applies to clients who must be seated within 15 minutes of their time. Lashes must arrive clean, as cleaning dirty lashes costs an extra $20 and removing mascara beforehand costs an extra $10. The studio may decline service and keep the deposit if lashes are not clean. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay, with cash preferred; credit cards carry a 3% fee.
