The studio's work centers on brows, with options for waxing, custom-blended tinting, a longer-lasting stain and lamination that sets hairs in a neater, lifted position.

Brow services are grouped by length and combination. Returning clients can book a brow wax alone, or pair it with a tint or a hybrid stain. Clients who have not been seen in 12 weeks or more are asked to book the new client brow wax instead, which includes brow mapping, shaping, a soothing post-treatment step and a lesson on filling in brows at home. Brow lamination is available on its own, with a tint, or combined with a lash lift.

Lash services include a semi-permanent lash tint, a lash lift that curls natural lashes, and a combination of lash lift and tint. Brows and lashes can also be tinted together in one visit. Facial waxing covers the lip, chin, nostrils, cheeks and sideburns, or the full face excluding brows.

Booking is by appointment. A credit card must be kept on file to hold every appointment. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are charged the full service fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is rescheduled or canceled, depending on availability. The studio does not offer refunds and reserves the right to refuse service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
