BROW SAINT

BrowSaint opened its first storefront studio in 2023 and is run by its owner, Gabrielle Vega, who is also its sole artist. The studio is in Tampa and books through an online booking link, with microblading bookings released monthly on the 10th at 10am.

Brow shaping is done with a gentle soft wax and precision tweezing, with prices starting at $50 and $70 when stain is added. Lamination lifts brow hairs using a perm-like solution and is priced from $130 with shaping, taking 50 minutes or more. The hybrid stain dyes brow hairs for up to 4 weeks and stains the skin for up to 10 days. Appointments outside regular booking hours carry a $40 fee added to the chosen service and are requested by email.

Microblading uses a handheld blade fitted with a sterile disposable blade to place pigment in the epidermis, creating fine hair-like strokes. A topical anesthetic numbs the area first. Sessions take about 2 to 3 hours and can run up to 3 hours. Starting prices are $500 for a 100% coverage session, $550 for Natural Microblading and $350 for a Brow Patch, with a mini microblading session listed from $300. A consultation is required before any microblading is booked. Brow styles are described as lifted and fluffy, sleek and sculpted, or defined and structured. Natural Microblading and Brow Patch suit dry skin and are not recommended for oily skin or brows with any previous tattoo. A 12-month touch-up costs $200 and takes about 120 minutes, and an 8 to 12 week follow-up is $150. Healing takes about 10 to 14 days, and clients receive an aftercare kit and a written guide for the 14-day period.

Booking policies: cancellations need 24 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged 100% of the service. No-shows are charged 100% and may be barred from future booking. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and clients arriving 10 or more minutes late are treated as same-day cancellations. Same-day service changes are charged 50% of the original appointment plus the new service. Deposits are non-refundable and count toward the total: $100 for Natural Microblading and Brow Patch, and $50 for follow-ups and touch-ups. All payments are final. Microblading is offered Saturdays and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Clients under 18 do not receive tattoo services, and clients with previously tattooed brows may not qualify depending on pigment level or scarring. No extra guests or children are allowed in the studio during appointments.

Each microblading brow is planned around the client's facial features, bone structure and daily makeup, and the pigment color is chosen with the client before the procedure starts. The studio states that all services are performed by a licensed and certified professional.
