For everyday brow work, henna brows come in more than six colors with an optional ombre effect, and the business describes its henna as 99% natural and free of ammonia and peroxide. Brow tinting is a semi-permanent dye service, and a hybrid tint adds waxing and shaping. Brow lamination lifts and straightens brow hair using a chemical solution and keratin, and includes waxing, shaping and an aftercare bag. Tint can be added to lamination for $30, and lamination can be paired with a lash lift for $150. Brow shaping, at $20, can include an optional gel, concealer or light filling finish.

Permanent brow services are done over two sessions for microblading and ombre powder brows, which are semi-permanent techniques. Microblading uses a manual blade to make hair-like strokes, and combo brows pair microblading at the front with powder at the arch and tail. The second session is required to complete microblading. Current clients can book an annual touch-up, and an appointment booked more than eight weeks after a perfecting session is treated as one. Microblading touch-ups are recommended every 12 to 18 months. A free 30-minute consultation reviews medical history, skincare routine and lifestyle to determine whether microblading or powder brows are suitable, and consultations are not offered on Sundays. Ombre powder brows can be done over earlier semi-permanent makeup if it is at least 70% faded, decided case by case.

Lash services include a lash tint that darkens and defines natural lashes without mascara, and a Korean lash lift that curls natural lashes and includes a keratin boost. A lash tint can be added to a lift for an additional fee. Tooth gems are Swarovski jewels bonded to a tooth with dental bonding and cured under UV light, and the business says they are lead-free and non-toxic, with gold charms from 18k to 24k. Tooth gems are reversible and must be removed by a dental professional. Skin tag removal uses a plasma pen and is performed by a licensed esthetician, with a $120 minimum for up to six tags and $20 for each additional tag.

Booking policies include a deposit that can be transferred or fully refunded with at least three days notice, while cancellations within 72 hours forfeit it. Clients who miss an appointment without 24 hours notice are placed on a no call, no show list. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled. Up to two guests are allowed for services other than permanent makeup, and phones are asked to stay away during appointments. Payment by card carries a 2.9% charge, and cash, Cash App, Apple Pay and Zelle are accepted. The business also runs a two-day Brow Mastery Bootcamp for $1,500 covering brow mapping, lamination and tinting, with 30 days of studio access afterward.
