Microblading is a form of permanent makeup that fills in missing brow hair with fine pigment deposits shaped into hair-like strokes. It is done as two steps: a first session of about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, then a touch up of 1 to 2 hours roughly 6 to 8 weeks later. Two numbing agents are applied before and during the appointment. The pigment typically lasts one to three years, and a yearly touch up is recommended. Microblading uses Perma Blend pigments.
Other brow options include ombre or powder brows, nano brows done with machine hair strokes, combination brows that blend blade and shade techniques, and saline removal for brows. Lip blush tattoos are offered too, along with freckle tattoos priced by how many are placed, beauty marks, and fine line or tiny tattoos that start at $100 and need an email or text consultation before booking.
The studio asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel, does not allow children or pets at appointments, and does not guarantee results, since more than one touch up may be needed. Clients who have had tattoo or microblading work before must be pre-approved and should send photos of the earlier work. Microblading is not recommended for clients with keloid scarring unless they consult a doctor and provide written consent, and a four-week gap is requested between Botox or filler and microblading. Monthly installment payments are available through Cherry for bookings from $50 to $4,000. The studio also offers a one-year permanent makeup apprenticeship, which in Tennessee requires working under a licensed tattoo artist and an updated Bloodborne Pathogen certificate.
