Appointments are by booking only, made through the online schedule where clients choose a brow artist. Same-day appointments can be requested by text at (310) 867-5278. Brow work starts with mapping each brow to the client's natural growth pattern and bone structure. Threading or waxing shapes the brows, and a makeup pencil fills in the finish.

Semi-permanent eyebrow tint lasts up to two weeks and makes brows look thicker and more defined. A touch-up tint is available to returning clients only and refreshes color without a clean-up. Brow lamination is a three-step perm for unruly, curly, sparse or downward-growing brows, with results lasting six to eight weeks. Brows must stay dry for 24 hours after the service. The lash lift, which curls natural lashes, also lasts six to eight weeks.

The salon sells brow tools and gel, and offers free shipping on orders over $100 and free Click & Collect to US stores. It also runs in-person and online brow training courses.
