Permanent brow work is the core of the business: microblading, ombre powder brows, and microblading with shading, along with lip blush, permanent eyeliner, lash enhancement eyeliner, and beauty marks and freckles. Beauty mark placement is agreed on with pencil first, and each mark takes only a few seconds. Permanent eyeliner typically lasts about three to four years, with a yearly touch-up recommended. The eyeliner technique was learned from Kristina Melnicenco in Miami, Florida, and the lip blush technique from LuLu Siciliano, also in Miami.

Clients can book online, by text, or by phone, and a new booking month opens once a month. If online openings are not showing, the studio can be contacted directly. Permanent makeup requires a non-refundable $100 deposit that counts toward the total. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling with the deposit forfeited. Anyone who has had permanent makeup in the area should contact the studio before booking. Children under 10 are not allowed in the salon, and older children must be able to sit quietly in the waiting area. Payment is by credit card, debit card, or cash; checks and money orders are not accepted. Cherry financing splits the cost into four or more payments.

The HydraFacial menu runs from a 30-minute Signature treatment to a 60-minute Platinum that begins with lymphatic drainage. The Deluxe adds a customized super serum infusion and LED light therapy. The business calls its premium facial the Brow Envy HydraFacial and says it is commonly called the Red Carpet Facial. Dermaplaning can be added to any HydraFacial. Other services include lash lifts (about 45 minutes, formaldehyde free, with results lasting roughly six to eight weeks, and an optional tint), Signature Brow Design shaping, and waxing for the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, and neck. Saline tattoo removal is also offered.

Brow Envy Academy offers in-person and online permanent makeup training, covering microblading, powder brows, lip blush, brow mapping, and saline removal. More than ten online microblading courses can be taken at the student's own pace, but in-person training is required for microblading certification. The Business of Brows Fundamental Course is a three-day class covering three skills and costs $4,250. The business says its aim is to help women feel confident and to teach classes that support financial and time freedom. According to the business, the academy has trained over 300 permanent makeup artists, provides over 2,000 hours of training, and the studio has completed thousands of sessions and holds over 500 five-star reviews.
