Brow work covers waxing, threading, tinting and several combinations. Brow wax and brow fill is a 30-minute service that finishes with an enhancement. Eyebrow threading suits clients with sensitive skin, clients taking Accutane, and clients using retinol. PMU brow wax is for clients who have had brow tattooing, and it removes hair only outside the brow shape. Brow lightening lifts color three to six shades lighter. Brow lamination, with or without a perm, gives brow hairs a sleek, fuller look; tint is not included with the perm version. New clients, or anyone unsure which option fits, can book an eyebrow consultation, which covers available choices and includes brow shaping.

Microshading is a semi-permanent treatment that the studio says resists smudging and water. How long the color stays, which can reach three years, varies with a client's skin and daily habits. New clients need a consultation before their first appointment. Touch-ups are usually scheduled six to eight weeks after the initial session. Former Brow Down permanent makeup clients can book a yearly touch-up anywhere from one to three years after their earlier service.

Most services take a deposit at booking, from $1 to $150 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 75% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full price to the card on file and may be banned from booking. To reschedule, clients cancel through the booking app within one week of the original date and book a new time. Before- or after-hours appointments carry a fee starting at $25.
