Each visit starts with complimentary under-eye masks and a personalized brow map that marks where each brow begins, arches and ends. The shape is built around the client's own face rather than a single standard template. The business says this mapping produces the right brow shape for each face. Brow services finish with a thin layer of cooling aloe and a cold ice globe to help reduce redness.

Tint is a semi-permanent dye, hand-mixed to match each client and lasting four to six weeks. Brow Tint can be booked alone or paired with a wax or tweeze. The Men's Brow Wax starts with a consultation on how much hair to remove. Youth waxing is offered for clients ages 11 to 14. Waxing is not performed for clients who are on or have recently been on acne medication such as Accutane, within the past 12 months, and tweezing is recommended instead for some clients on certain acne medications or a regular Retinol or Retin-A routine. Clients using Retinol or Retin-A need to stop those products at least 7 days before facial waxing, and facial waxing is rescheduled for two weeks after finishing an antibiotic course.
