The name comes from the word for beautiful in several languages, including Italian, Latin, Spanish and French.

The salon's stated goal is a customized experience for every client. Brow shaping is fitted to each person's facial features, bone structure and face shape. A first waxing or threading visit includes a consultation about current brow shape and goals, a professional analysis, and a plan with a schedule for brow growth. Clients are shown how to fill in their brows at home and receive shade recommendations matched to their skin and hair tone. Skin and brow goals are worked out as a plan with an artist.

Services are grouped into brows, skincare, lashes, and microblading, ombre and permanent makeup. Brow tints use an eye-safe vegetable dye and are offered only alongside a brow shaping service. Brow lamination, a keratin smoothing treatment, starts at $130. Lash lifts and lash tints are available alone or together. Skincare includes HydraFacials, facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels and microneedling, and LED light therapy is included with HydraFacial and microneedling services. Krystal Dunn is the only artist at the salon who offers permanent makeup, and clients who have had permanent makeup elsewhere in the area must contact the salon for approval with photos before booking.

The salon also offers training to licensed industry professionals, including shadowing, one-on-one sessions, group classes, and guest instruction at a salon. A Guybrow class covers men's brow grooming and masculine brow shaping, with hands-on practice on a male model.

Brow and skin work is built around a plan made with each client, starting with a consultation and analysis. Clients are taught how to care for their brows at home between visits.
