She chose the first staff by hand and trained them in threading personally. Sugaring was added later, and the salon says it has grown over the past five years.
Threading is done with 100% cotton thread, and the salon says a session takes under 10 minutes. Threading is held at the neck instead of the mouth so staff can stay in protective gear while working. Sugaring starts with a consultation before every service, and the salon recommends a sugaring appointment every 3 weeks for the first few sessions, then every 4 to 6 weeks. Brazilian maintenance is for return clients within 6 weeks, with no shaving in between.
Brow services include regular and henna tints, brow lamination, threading and combinations of these. A regular tint can be done on the same day as a brow lamination, but a henna tint should wait at least 72 hours after a lamination. Lash lifts take about an hour and last 6 to 10 weeks. Walk-ins are welcome, though wait times are not guaranteed, so booking is recommended. Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person, and the salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel.
Hair is removed without chemicals, using threading and sugaring.
