Before a first appointment, clients have a consultation by phone. The initial brow procedure generally runs about 2 to 2.5 hours. A topical anesthetic is applied before procedures, and the studio notes that many clients report little discomfort once it takes effect. The studio states it uses disposable supplies that follow CDC and OSHA sanitation and sterilization guidelines. Treatments are not offered to anyone under 18, and only the client may be in the procedure room.
