Lash appointments happen in a private room with one artist and one client, with no shared floor. The studio describes the space as calm and bright. Clients settle into a comfortable chair and are offered a blanket and tea. Lash length, curl, thickness and shape are mapped on the day, so there is no need to choose a volume beforehand. Extension styles include natural, soft volume, expressive, wet look, wispy, a lifted-centre look and colour accents, built in classic, hybrid 2D to 3D, or volume 3D formats. A lower lash add-on can go with any set.

Brow shaping is priced at $40 without tint and $50 with tint, and mapping is included every time. Hair is removed by waxing or tweezing depending on skin and the chosen shape, and the shape is measured and shown to the client before any hair comes out. Brow tint typically lasts two to four weeks, though no set duration is promised. Brow lamination at $110 sets the brow hairs in one direction without pigment and includes shaping and tint matching if wanted. It usually holds six to eight weeks. Lamination and tint booked together cost less than booking them separately, and lash and brow lamination can be combined from $180.

Permanent brow work includes hairstroke brows, which are fine individual strokes that follow the direction of natural hair, and powder brows, a soft shaded finish that suits most skin types including oily skin. The studio uses a digital machine with a fine needle rather than a hand-held blade, and numbing cream is applied before the session and topped up during it. A free 20-minute consultation and a free 30-minute patch test are available. The first session costs $600 and runs about four hours for hairstroke or two and a half hours for powder. A touch-up is a separate appointment, booked six to eight weeks later for $420, and the studio notes that a quote without it covers only half the work. Existing brows from another studio require a daylight photo before booking. Permanent brows can be paid over time through Cherry, or by card with Affirm or Klarna.

The studio maps lash length, curl, thickness and shape on the day and designs permanent brow shapes around each client's facial expressions. Permanent brow work is done with a digital machine and a fine needle.
