Eva is the studio's brow and lash artist. Each visit starts with a one-on-one consultation to talk through goals, past brow and lash work, and any sensitivities, and then a service is planned. Brow mapping uses the client's facial proportions to plot a shape before any hair removal or product is applied, and it is included with most brow services.

Services cover brow shaping by tweezing or threading, brow waxing, lamination, semi-permanent tinting and lightening, plus lash lifts and tints. A Korean lash lift with tint is offered for $100. The brow and lash combo pairs brow lamination, a lash lift and tint, brow mapping, and waxing or tweezing for $150, taking about two hours. Recommended maintenance follows a six-week rhythm with a full reset and a midpoint touch-up, or an optional eight-week version with a reset and a touch-up at week four.

Booking and payment happen online, and a confirmation arrives by email. Some services require a deposit at booking, which is applied to the total. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation made within 24 hours incurs a $25 fee, and a missed appointment can be charged up to the full price of the reserved service. Card details are stored securely on file through Square. Clients are asked to disclose any sensitivities when booking, and a patch test can be done 24 to 48 hours before an appointment.
