The studio offers lash sets and fill-in appointments. Each new client has a short consultation to find the lash density that suits their natural lashes, and the stated goals are a comfortable appointment and healthy lashes alongside a full set.

Booking is handled directly, by contacting the studio or texting 646 883 6078. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the visit. The full street address is sent the day before the appointment, so clients should make sure the contact information they give is correct. Clients who drive are advised to allow at least 20 minutes to find parking.

New clients complete a form at the studio, and a signed copy is emailed to them. Clients are asked to skip coffee before appointments, since caffeine can cause eye twitching, and to leave contact lenses out, because the glue fumes can cause a lens to fuse to the eye. Extra guests are not permitted during appointments. Aftercare instructions are given after each visit, and a lash care set is available to purchase separately.

Pregnant clients are accommodated: the lash bed is set at a slight angle to support the upper body, and body pillows are available during the service.

Changes need notice. Cancellations, rescheduling and service changes require at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling without that notice carries a charge of half the remaining balance of the booked service. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period.
