The menu covers balayage, foilayage and babylights, partial and full highlights, all-over and root color, blended gray coverage, men's, women's and children's cuts, curly cuts, perms, hair extensions and keratin or Qi Qi smoothing. The portfolio includes caramel highlights, copper all-over color, dimensional highlights, weft extensions, a money piece with lowlights, and red and copper highlights.
Most color services are priced from a starting amount and vary by length of time and add-ons. Glaze, root shadow and blended gray are listed separately, and a refresh glaze is suggested about a month after a highlight or color service.
Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings or early afternoons, and Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with weekends closed. Payment is accepted in cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and credit cards, with tips accepted on cards; card payments carry a 2.6% processing fee, of which the owner covers 1%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Appointments can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice by text or call, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours incur a 20% fee. Issues with a hair service can be raised within 7 days for adjustments. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and are final sale.
