Services fall into color, haircuts for boys, men and women, and styling. Color options run from a gloss refresh that adjusts tone and shine, which does not lighten hair or fully cover gray, to root refreshes that cover gray or maintain existing root color. Other choices include an all-over single shade, mini, partial and full highlights. Men's cuts include a classic clipper or scissor cut and a skin fade. Boys' basic cuts are offered for ages 13 and under. Women's options include bang trims, dry maintenance cuts, and a signature cut with blow-dry for fine-to-medium hair. Clients can bring a photo of the cut they want.
Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted. Boys' cuts are booked on Mondays by texting the salon to request a time. Tuesdays are reserved for color, so a haircut is added to any color booking. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 3 PM, and closed on weekends. A $50 premium fee applies when an appointment runs past 7 PM and is shown before confirmation. Changes need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service price and no-shows 80%. Deposits go toward the service or any fee. Clients running late are asked to text. Payment by Google Pay, Apple Pay, major cards, Klarna, AfterPay, Affirm and cash is accepted.
