New clients begin with a consultation to talk through long-term hair goals and plan the visit. Color appointments include a small trim of one to two inches, a conditioning treatment and a finishing style, followed by a blow out. Clients leave with product recommendations and help booking the next appointment. Color correction is priced at $135 per hour, with the final price discussed at consultation, and custom dimensional color runs from $210 to $405 with all product included. A Custom Refresh, an all-over solid color refresh, runs from $150 to $210.

Extensions are offered by the Natural Beaded Row and Concealed Bead methods, in lengths of 14, 16, 20, 22 and 24 inches. Install pricing depends on the number of rows, grams of hair, weft type and method, and is quoted after consultation. Initial installment pricing covers wefts custom selected for the client, shampoo and conditioner, a hair brush, hair blending and a finishing style. Luxury packages add a shampoo, conditioning treatment and finishing style. Basic move-ups and re-installs need freshly clean hair, and hair that is not clean is upgraded to luxury so the install is safe. Extension clients receive home care and upkeep instructions at consultation and at installment visits.

Wedding clients can book bridal hair for $80, with a trial for $70 booked in the studio, ideally two to three weeks before the wedding or as close to the date as possible. Bridesmaids and attendants are $65 each, and flower girls aged six and under are $45 each. Out-of-state weddings are welcome with a travel fee of $0.60 per mile, and a parking fee of $10 to $20 may apply if the venue lacks free parking. Wedding bookings require a non-refundable $100 deposit, and final head counts and venue details are due 60 days before the wedding.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the missed service and paid in full before rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice require full payment before the next booking, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full service cannot be guaranteed and the visit may be moved.

The studio favors healthy hair that is not at the expense of the scalp or natural hair, and it treats quality extensions as a worthwhile investment.
