Bronzed By Courtney brings airbrush spray tanning to the client rather than requiring a trip to a salon. Appointments are booked by request through the website, and the business contacts clients ahead of time to help them prepare. Clients are sent a questionnaire to complete before the visit.

The core service is DELUXE, a one-hour in-home airbrush tan. It includes a consultation, a pH balancing spray, a barrier cream, the custom tan, a hydration spray, a finishing powder and blending. Smaller-price options include COLLEGE CUTIES, a one-hour in-home tan with $20 off for anyone with a valid college ID, and DOUBLE TROUBLE, a one-hour-20-minute session for two people that saves each person $5.

Groups can book GLOW SQUAD +3, a two-hour in-home tan party for three or more friends, at $65 per person, with each guest saving $10. For weddings, BRONZED BRIDE is a $210 package of three DELUXE tans: the first is a trial, and the other two can be used for the wedding day and another event such as a bridal shower or bachelorette party. When a bridal party is referred, each member gets $5 off each tan, and the referrer receives a complimentary tan for later use.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A non-refundable $35 deposit is taken at booking and applied to the total. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice lets the deposit go toward a future booking; later cancellations forfeit it and the remaining balance of the $75 fee is charged. A full $75 fee applies if the client is not reachable within 10 minutes of the appointment time. Travel fees depend on distance from the base location and are shared before a booking is confirmed. Hotel visits carry a $30 parking fee added at the end of the service. A ventilation fan is provided, but clients prepare their own space, and the business is not responsible for solution that reaches belongings or personal space. Disposables, stickers and pasties are always available at appointments. An assistant may accompany the technician on some days.
