Color is central to the menu. Roots is a single base color on regrowth, offered as a gray-focused option called What Greys, with extra rows priced at $10 each. Lived In Mane Piece adds foils around the hairline and part along with a root smudge. Dimensional Touch-Up refreshes existing dimensional color with a partial highlight or lowlight. Full Dimensional The Works covers highlights, lowlights and other work as needed, and the salon recommends it about twice a year. Toner or gloss can be added to color services.

Hand-tied extensions are sold in 24 and 26 inch lengths in straight, wavy or curly textures. A new install includes the extensions, custom color on the hair wefts, installation, cut and style. One row in 18 inches starts at $1,100, one row in 22 inches at $1,450, two rows in 18 inches at $1,850, and two rows in 22 inches at $2,500. A consultation is required for all new extension clients. Maintenance for one row starts at $200 and two rows at $300, and is typically needed every 6 to 8 weeks. Hair for extensions must be bought through the salon, and service on extensions installed elsewhere may be declined.

Styling and treatments include a Mane Blowout at $65, which covers a wash, blowout and style including curls. The Brazilian Blowout at $300 is a smoothing, de-frizzing treatment that can be made silky straight or left with looser curl, lasts 3 to 5 months and reduces drying time by half. An added treatment is available for $40.

Booking changes need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations or reschedules made with less time than that carry a fee of 50%. Missing an appointment without notifying the salon results in a charge of 50% of the booked service. Clients who repeatedly no-show or cancel late may be asked to pay in advance for future visits. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the appointment time may lead to the service being shortened or the visit being moved to another time, and cancellation fees can still apply. Any concern about a service should be reported within 7 days. Corrections made within the scope of the original consultation are free of charge. Services are not refunded. Unopened retail products can be brought back within 14 days, with a receipt, in exchange for salon credit or a different item. Used tools and extensions generally cannot be returned.
