The care and customization menu covers haircuts, styling, gloss and blow-dry, and treatments. Color is organized by visit length and upkeep. Happy Hour is a short express service with a precision base touch-up and blow-dry. Girl on the Go adds a face-frame foil or retouch with gloss and a signature curl. Sunkissed Glow is a longer half-head foil or balayage service. Lived In Brunette/Blonde and Blonde or Bust are the fuller color services, with root smudge, brightened ends and gloss, recommended once or twice a year.

Treatments include Lanza's internal hair repair treatment, designed for chemically treated or over-processed hair, a Shine Bomb shine treatment, a Lanza rebalancing scalp treatment, and brow and lip waxing. Hand-tied extensions can add length, volume and movement and are customized to blend with each client's own hair.

The online shop carries Davines, L'anza, Goldie Locks, Unite and Fromm products, priced from $8.50 to $60. Retail purchases can be returned within 30 days for salon credit, gift cards work for any service or product, and hair adjustments requested within 7 days of a service are made at no additional cost. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm. It holds a late client's appointment for 15 minutes, so clients are asked to let the salon know if they are running late.
