Booking uses a retainer: $15 per waxing service and $25 per makeup service, with a 50% retainer for totals of $151 or more. Retainers apply to the balance only when the appointment is completed. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead, and clients should not arrive more than 5 minutes early. The online calendar opens on the 27th of each month by 3pm, and texted questions are answered within 24 to 48 hours.
