Brisa started out with in-home appointments and describes its roots as being in Milwaukee. It now operates a studio in West Allis, and its founder, Erika Lezama, leads the work.

All pedicures are done waterless, without soaking or shared foot baths. The technician can see more of the foot during the service, and avoiding prolonged soaking may suit skin that tends toward dryness or irritation. The business says its sanitation practices go beyond state requirements. Implements and tools are sterilized, and clients can buy a dedicated set of implements kept only for their appointments, which are still cleaned, disinfected and sterilized after each use.

The salon offers four foot services. The Advanced Pedicure is a longer, tailored appointment for feet that call for extra time. A practitioner first reviews nail and skin concerns, then works on problems such as nails that are thick or curl inward, hard skin on the toes and soles, very dry skin, and heels that have split or cracked. The visit closes with a discussion of an ongoing care routine and one professional product for use at home. The Signature Pedicure includes nail and cuticle work, shaping, smoothing of rough skin on the feet, and a light hydrating massage, and it can be completed with a natural buff, polish or gel. The B/S Brace is designed for toenails that curve or curl under. It applies gentle, controlled tension, with a brace fitted to each nail, and includes advice on aftercare and follow-up checks. NanoFlex Restoration is intended for natural toenails that have been weakened. After the nail is prepared, NanoFlex is applied either to build an artificial nail or to improve how the natural nail looks, holds its shape and grows.

Visits are by appointment only. Service times are estimates and can run longer when a client needs extra time, breaks, or help with mobility, positioning or transfers, and services can be adapted for those needs. Brisa does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and refers concerns outside nail care to a medical professional. Tipping is not expected, as prices are meant to cover time, expertise, products, sanitation and care. Payment is accepted by cash or contactless payment through Square Tap to Pay.

Mobile appointments reach clients within about 25 minutes of the West Allis studio. There is no travel fee for the Advanced Pedicure when it is done on-site at a client's location. Other services carry a travel fee based on drive time from the studio: $10 for up to 10 minutes, $20 for 11 to 15 minutes, $30 for 16 to 20 minutes and $40 for 21 to 25 minutes. First-time mobile appointments are arranged by phone or email rather than online booking.

Every service begins with the individual client, and technique is chosen for a specific purpose rather than applied as a routine. Products are selected for how they perform and what they are meant to do.
