Services usually begin with a consultation. Haircuts come as a Luxury Haircut, which includes a precision cut, shampoo, conditioner, scalp massage and styling, or a Classic Haircut, which is quicker to schedule and is matched with whichever stylist is free at your booked time. Guests can use a matchmaking quiz to find the stylist or artist who fits their goals and style. While waiting, guests may be offered drinks and snacks, and there is a bar where they can work during color processing.
