Extensions are offered in three brands, Donna Bella Hair, Tressallure and Hello Darling XO, and the per-weft price includes installation. Pricing is set at a consultation with a multi-system certified technician, and an upgrade to a longer length is available for an additional fee. Non-surgical hair replacement takes place in a private studio room, and some cases may be covered by insurance. The salon describes its hair replacement specialist as the only one of its kind in the area.

Spa services begin with a customized consultation form, which lets the therapist shape the treatment. Facial options include Tulasara treatments in three lengths, a dual exfoliation peel, and an Aveda youth facial designed for teen skin concerns such as acne and sensitivity. Body treatments include full-body and upper-body Aveda aroma massage, with add-ons for chakra balancing and stone massage. Massage pricing depends on the therapist's scope of practice.

Hair removal uses natural plant-based waxes and essential oils, with four wax types available. Clients using doctor-prescribed skin products or taking medications should tell the salon before a hair removal service. Clients who have had two missed, late or canceled services are asked to provide a credit card, and cancellation fees are charged to that card.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, or 3 hours for same-day bookings. Later changes incur a fee of 50% of the booked services or $50, whichever is more. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full service cannot be guaranteed, so clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for spa appointments. Spa clients who book again within 30 days of their last spa visit receive $5 off a spa service.
