Color is the core of the studio. Options range from root touch-ups and toner or gloss refreshes to full color, partial high and lowlights, base color with painted highlights, and customized balayage or foil highlighting that includes gloss, a conditioning treatment and a blow dry. Creative color work is booked after a consultation, and the studio recommends a consultation for new clients, which is free and takes 15 minutes. Haircuts run from a clipper cut and short cuts to medium, long and style-change cuts, and a bang trim or haircut add-on can be added to another service.

Hours run Monday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 4 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Clients who need to cancel are asked to call. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, though exceptions may apply.
