Galina opened the salon in 2022 as its founder and owner. She began bridal beauty work at a bridal company more than ten years earlier, and the salon's team has since grown to 13 hair and makeup artists and stylists.

Booking starts with an inquiry form for your wedding date. A hair and makeup trial is recommended but not required, and you can bring inspiration photos, a veil or accessories, extensions, and a photo of your dress. For hair, the salon asks that it be clean and dry, free of heavy oils or styling products, and washed and blow-dried the day before. Clip-in extensions are not always needed, and a consultation settles how much and what type you would need. Extensions cannot be colored, so your hair color is best settled before choosing them.

Bridal hair runs from soft waves to updos and includes styling, a style consultation, long-lasting hold, veil placement, hair accessories, and final touch-ups. Bridal makeup is meant to enhance your natural features and last through the day, and includes a beauty consultation, skin preparation, long-wear makeup, lashes, and final touch-ups. Bridal parties can book styling and makeup, including personalized looks, coordination, luxury venue sourcing, and on-location service. Mothers, sisters, and other bridal party members can also book customization appointments. The salon does not double-book weddings and works to the timeline the photographer sets.
