The Port Jefferson studios are at 148 East Main Street and 148 Mariners Way, and the St. James location is at 418 North Country Road. Port Jefferson salon hours at Mariners Way are Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. St. James hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. Boston service began as a franchise location, and the Boston boutique studio is used for bridal previews and education. The Boston team is described as licensed professionals, and Boston services include on-location appointments. The team also travels for destination weddings.

Booking starts with an inquiry that includes your name, event date, location and number of people. A personalized quote and availability come back within 48 hours. A date is reserved once the signed contract and deposit are received. Jessica also offers a coffee chat to connect before booking. On the day, hair and makeup averages 30 to 60 minutes per person depending on hair and style. Larger parties and shorter time allowances get multiple stylists and artists. A stylist or artist can stay for most of the day, or touch-ups can be booked for a set time. Veil placement is not included unless an hourly touch-up service is booked. The company has provided services for up to 20 people.

Trials are recommended at least three months before the event so clients can try looks. For hair trials, arrive with freshly cleaned, dry hair and bring accessories, extensions and photos. For makeup trials, arrive with a fresh, makeup-free face, moisturized skin and reference photos. Clients who want to bring their own products can book 1:1 makeup lessons, where a product audit and instruction on using them are included.

Extras include Breakfast Scape, a table setup with bite-size breakfast options that is arranged with local caterers before an event. Hair extensions are offered through Bellami Hair, an affiliate brand, and the team is certified by Bellami in all five application methods. A complimentary consultation matches color and discusses extension methods, and Bellami pricing is set at that consultation. Clip-in extensions are recommended for formal events, and the team can help match color and length for silk seam clip-ins bought from bellami.com. The shop also sells Lip Glacé, Lip Liner, The Collection headpieces and hair accessories, and gift cards. Partner salons include Bounce Salon in Port Jefferson, which is rebranding as Good Company, and Isla + Wolf Beauty in St. James, founded in 2021. Jessica owns both.
