Color is the main focus. Custom color is built around each look and may combine highlights, lowlights, balayage, foilayage and other techniques. Services range from a root touch up and an all-over color to a full highlight for bold changes or long grow-out, and there is a dedicated custom grey coverage service that pairs a root touch up with placed highlights for softer regrowth.

Beyond color, the salon offers stand-alone haircuts, a shorter clipper-style cut, a haircut added to a color appointment, a shampoo and blow out, and the Haven Scalp Spa Experience, a 75-minute treatment with a cleansing oil scalp massage, double shampoo, deep conditioning with extended massage and hot towels, a hand and arm massage and a blowout. The scalp spa can be booked on its own or as an add-on alongside another service.

Booking has a few rules to know ahead of time. Online booking requires a 50% deposit. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service total. Clients who are unwell are asked to contact the salon to reschedule, and the rescheduling fee is waived in that case. The salon may decline service to someone who arrives showing signs of illness, and a fee may still apply.

The salon aims to leave clients happy with their hair while keeping the visit relaxing from start to finish.
