Brow work begins with a free 30-minute consultation to look at natural brows, plan the work and answer questions. Options include brow waxing with mapping, brow lamination, tinting, staining and a full-brow package. Microblading takes about 150 minutes and uses a single blade to create hair-like strokes shaped to each client's facial structure. It is not suitable for clients with oily or mature skin. Touch-ups are usually booked 4 to 6 weeks after the first session to add strokes or adjust shape and color, with an annual touch-up one year later.

On the lash side, services include lash tints, lash lifts, a 5-minute Pop of Color add-on in red, green or black cherry, and full-set extensions customized to each client's natural lashes. Fill-ins are priced by timing: within 14 days of the last visit, or 15 to 21 days after. Waxing covers the armpits, the bikini line and the Brazilian area. Maintenance visits suit clients who have had a previous wax and about 4 to 6 weeks of growth. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice for waxing. Clients using retinol need to stop at least 5 days before an eyebrow wax.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Appointment requests are approved within 24 hours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file, and no-shows are charged 75%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are offered.

Brow and lash services are planned around each client's natural features, such as facial structure for microblading and the client's own lashes for extensions.
