For clients who are unsure where to start, a free 30-minute consultation covers the available options and the steps toward the result they want. Color work such as custom blonding and custom highlights or lowlights is shaped to the client's preference, and highlight and lowlight services include a cut and style.

Specialty hair work includes fairy hair with glitter strands beaded throughout, hair feathers with beaded feather strands, and bubble braid or mermaid hair, where polyester hair is braided through the natural hair. These are priced according to the look.

For weddings there are updo options for the bridal party and for the bride, along with a partial bridal trial. Makeup packages for formal events, wedding parties and brides each include lashes and lip application.

Bookings are made online through a GlossGenius page. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
