Gel work is the focus, and Gel Overlays are the most popular service.

Gel X is a full-coverage soft gel extension offered in a range of shapes and lengths. The tips come pre-shaped and are refined after application to fit each client's fingers. Hard Gel Extensions use a half tip with hard gel, applied in the same way as acrylic nails. Dual Forms create extensions without tips, using plastic molds and hard gel that is removed after curing, for a thin, natural look. Soft gel is used only on short nails, and hard gel is used for medium to long lengths.

Gel Overlays add gel layers to natural nails for structure and a smooth base for polish. The material, whether soft gel, hard gel or BIAB, is chosen based on the client's nails and lifestyle. The Gel Pedicure covers removing old polish, cuticle cleaning, nail cutting and filing, gel polish, callus removal with an e-file, and a scrub and foot mask. Pedicures are also available without gel polish or with added Gel X length. Nail art is grouped into Minimal, Deluxe and Deluxe PLUS tiers, each with a set range of designs.

Appointments are typically booked three weeks to a month ahead, with squeeze-ins offered when time is available. Clients should remove old polish or enhancements from another salon before the visit. Manicures and pedicures typically last about a month, depending on aftercare. Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the booked time through the confirmation email. Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, debit or credit cards (a 2.9% plus $0.30 fee applies), Cash App, Apple Pay and PayPal. Services are offered to clients 14 and older. Children are not allowed in the salon, and one extra guest over 14 may come along. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which the remaining balance is charged and the appointment is cancelled. Gift certificates are emailed to the recipient with a code that can be applied at booking.
