The menu covers a wide range of work. Color options include partial and full balayage, ombre, foil highlights, partial and full highlights, all-over color, touch-ups for outgrown roots and color correction to adjust hair tone. Cuts include women's haircuts and deluxe cuts with shampoo and conditioning, men's clipper and scissor cuts, and a scissor-only cut for curly hair. Styling services include blowouts, formal updos, curls and braids, and tape or clip-on extensions are also available, along with Brazilian straightening.

Walk-ins are not accepted, so clients book an appointment. Prices are starting rates, and the final cost is confirmed before any service begins, so it may come in higher or lower. A free haircut and style is included with any chemical service. A consultation is free for the first 5 to 10 minutes, either in person or by phone, and after 10 minutes it costs $25. Services that need a consultation first include Brazilian straightening, formal updos and extensions.
