The massage menu covers several styles. Swedish massage uses oils and five movements: long strokes, kneading, tapping, friction and vibration. Deep tissue work can cover the whole body or focus on the back, neck, hips or legs. Sports massage blends neuromuscular, myofascial and Swedish techniques with aims of building endurance, lowering injury risk and shortening recovery. Prenatal massage from 13 weeks adapts Swedish work and can be done lying on the side or with special pillows. Reflexology foot massage applies pressure-point work, similar to acupressure. Reflexology foot massage runs $35 for 30 minutes, $50 for 60 or $90 for 90, and Swedish, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage start at $45 for 30 minutes.

For workplaces, the spa offers onsite chair massage or clothed table massage for offices and corporate events, and recurring visits are arranged by phone. Booking terms ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service, for both wellness and medical massage. Coupons are honored only for first-time clients or those who have not visited in more than six months, and not for prenatal massage. Medical massage fees follow industry-standard rates for manual therapy, and insurance reimbursement varies by insurer, with one unit equal to 15 minutes of massage.

The Breeze Individual Plan is a 12-month membership with a $20 annual fee, charged once a year and non-refundable. Members book at least one session a month and 12 in the year, at $73 for 60 minutes or $103 for 90 minutes. The plan includes a therapeutic massage of 60 or 90 minutes in Swedish, deep tissue, sports or prenatal style, but not reflexology. Any shortfall is charged in the last month, unused sessions roll over for up to six months, and credit card details are required at sign-up. The membership cannot be transferred and can be canceled after six months only in cases of hardship. The business calls it its most popular plan.
