The salon's focus is the health of natural nails and results that last, reached through product choice, technique and tailored treatments. It works with selected high-quality products and aims for a space free from overpowering odors. Appointments are not rushed, and the salon says it does not run services like an assembly line. Its view of beauty is holistic, and it says it puts client comfort, health and safety first in pedicures.

Structured gel work is a specialty. The Structured Detail Manicure uses detailed Russian manicure techniques and a structured gel overlay, with a hand and arm massage, and the salon calls it its most-loved manicure. The Enhanced Detail Manicure is a soak-off gel manicure with detailed nail and cuticle preparation. Pedicures range from a quick toenail-care visit to the Signature Spa Pedicure, which includes a collagen foot treatment, a leg masque, basalt stone massage and Dazzle Dry polish. For guests who want polish without a lamp, Dazzle Dry dries in about five minutes and can be removed with regular remover.

Head spa visits include scalp analysis and steam, followed by a massage with the Surface Awaken system, a towel dry and a claw clip finish. Revitalize Head Spa is the fuller version at $99, and Refresh Head Spa is a shorter scalp massage with Surface Awaken formulas at $65. The three facials, Hydration, Radiance and Firming, each start with skin analysis and finish with a customized mask and finishing products.

The salon uses hospital-grade disinfection, sterilized metal tools, single-use files and buffers, and disposable pedicure liners for each guest. It does not offer acrylic enhancements or full sets of extensions, but it can add a custom gel extension to repair an occasional broken nail. Nail art is booked separately with an extra fee, and gel applied elsewhere needs a removal add-on before an Enhanced Detail service. Prices shown online can change with the therapist selected, since pricing reflects each therapist's experience, skill and appointment length. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours are charged half the appointment total, and those within 24 hours are charged the full service total. Guests are asked to arrive five minutes early.
