It describes itself as a sanctuary and aims to be a warm, welcoming place where clients can recover and leave feeling healthy, happy and relaxed.

Massage options include therapeutic, deep tissue and sports work, with a full-body Breathe Massage that can be adjusted from gentle to firmer pressure. Prenatal massage, a CBD massage, foot treatments with reflexology points, hot stones and aromatherapy add-ons are also offered, along with a TMJ release for jaw tension that clients should mention when booking.

On the skincare side, the Breathe Signature Facial and the Breathe Organic Facial are the main facials, with a Men's Facial, a Clean Start series for ages 12 to 18, and a Medicated Clearing Treatment aimed at acne management. Other options include microdermabrasion, a back treatment, a Power Regeneration Treatment, microcurrent and alpha-hydroxy acid peel add-ons, and a growth factor stamping series for thinning hair.

Eyes and brows include brow design with at-home filling guidance for men and women, brow lamination, keratin lash lifting, full lash extension sets and microblading, which the spa says lasts up to three years before fading begins; microblading is priced by phone. Waxing begins with a private consultation to plan grooming needs. Products can be purchased by phone or in the spa, and online gift cards are available on the website.

The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm, with Sunday appointments by request only.
