The business is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm, and Sunday from 2 pm to 10 pm. It is closed on Thursdays.
Hair is not included in most braid, twist and locs services, so clients bring their own hair. Two add-ons are available: a boho finish for select braid, twist and updo styles for an extra fee, and stitching across the front for select stitch braid styles.
The menu includes knotless and stitch braids, passion and natural twists, starter and invisible locs, dread retwists, braided ponytails and style touch-ups. Prices are starting amounts that depend on the style and hair length. Touch-up pricing can rise with the style and the number of rows redone.
