The studio is private and by appointment only, with free parking on site. Clients can add a complimentary Silent Appointment when booking, which means no conversation during the visit and soft chill-hop music playing in the room.

Services are grouped into additional body waxing, body waxing, Brazilian and intimate waxing, face waxing, intimate brightening and post-wax skin treatments. Full Body waxing is tailored from head to toe, and Patch covers a small area that falls outside the standard menu. Brazilian and intimate services are offered only to clients with female anatomy.

Post-wax options include the HydroJelly Mask, the Vajacial, the Magic Wand Treatment and professional ingrown hair removal, along with personalized aftercare guidance between visits. Intimate brightening starts with a consultation, which decides the approach for discoloration.

Before a visit, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, and clients arrive with clean, dry skin and skip exfoliating that day. Clients may book during their menstrual cycle and are asked to use a tampon or menstrual cup if applicable. Payment is due at the visit, and tipping is neither required nor included in pricing.

Each treatment is planned around the client's skin sensitivity, hair growth pattern and maintenance goals, with comfort, consent and open communication given equal weight. The studio aims for care that feels calm, respectful and personal.
