Soft wax is used for larger areas such as the back, legs and arms, and hard wax is used there too. Services are sorted into packages, waxing services and add-ons, and add-ons must be booked alongside a main service.

Before a visit, clients do not need to trim; the specialist trims hair if it is needed. Hair should be at least about a quarter inch long, roughly the length of a grain of rice. The studio recommends returning every four to five weeks. Guests, including children and pets, are not permitted at appointments. Waxing is allowed during pregnancy and during a menstrual period when a fresh tampon or menstrual cup is used. Skin that is sunburned is not serviced until it has healed.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 12 hours ahead avoid a fee. A late cancellation or no-show costs 50% of the total service, and arriving more than seven minutes late cancels the appointment with the same fee. New bookings cannot be made until any outstanding fee is paid. The studio says Hana and Raquel have worked with thousands of clients between them.
