The Brazilian and bikini options range from a bikini line trim that removes hair outside a standard bikini line, to a fuller bikini wax that removes more hair from the front, to a complete intimate-area Brazilian wax. Coverage is tailored to the client's preference. Body waxing covers arms and underarms, legs in half or full lengths, and areas such as the stomach, chest, back, hands and fingers where offered. Brow and facial waxing includes stray-hair cleanup, detailed brow shaping, and facial areas from full face to the upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and nape. Threading is offered for facial hair, and sugaring uses a sugar, lemon and water paste at participating spas. Men's services cover the back, chest, arms, legs, face and other commonly requested areas.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry skin and to mention sensitivities, medications or recent treatments before a service begins. Hair needs to be long enough for the wax to grip; anyone unsure can call their spa. First-time clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early, and anyone new to waxing can say so so that staff can explain what will happen. Afterward, clients are advised to avoid excess heat, friction and tight clothing for the rest of the day. Walk-ins are welcome when a spa can fit them in, though same-day service is not guaranteed. Online booking starts with choosing a location, then the exact service and an appointment time.

Women's and Men's memberships let members choose Brazilian waxing or Brazilian sugaring in a VIP or Master tier, where the spa offers them. Both tiers include one Brazilian service and one high-frequency treatment, and both include 20% off a friend's first visit. VIP adds larger savings on gift cards and products and a complimentary extra service, while Master offers lower savings at a lower price. The spa explains billing, cancellation and when benefits start before enrollment. Aftercare products are sold through BrazCare, and the business lists an Aftercare Rewards program and a refer-a-friend program. Cancellations or reschedules made at least a day ahead carry no fee. The Augusta and Evans, Georgia spas charge 50% of the appointment cost for less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show.
